US persons: the ISA schedule is silent, while its promotion terms exclude US persons

The ISA schedule sets eligibility at 18 or over and UK resident and says nothing about US persons, while XTB's own promotion terms define a US person in full and require that entrants are not one. That leaves the account level position unstated, so get it in writing before subscribing. Note also that its ISA marketing page claims FSCS protection of £120,000 while its terms of business say £85,000; the terms are right, since £120,000 is the deposit limit rather than the investment one.
