The ISA terms set eligibility at 18 or over and resident in the UK, with no US person clause, and the general terms are equally silent, so nothing published stops you. Its share dealing material historically said US citizens complete a W-9 rather than a W-8BEN, which points to US persons being onboarded, but that page has been consolidated away, so confirm before subscribing.

Its July 2026 terms set two conditions to open a general investment account, being 18 or over and resident in the UK, and never mention US persons, citizenship or tax residency anywhere. That is the most open position among the newer entrants, but it is an absence of a bar rather than a written welcome, so treat it as unconfirmed and ask at application.
