Credit comes from NewDay and the published criteria are unusually short: 18 or over with a permanent UK address, a UK bank account, no bankruptcy in eighteen months and no county court judgment in twelve. No minimum address history appears in that list, which makes aqua one of the more reachable cards on arrival, but at nearly 3% on foreign spending it is a card to build a file with rather than to spend on abroad.
